Publish this

I just found out that the Damn Impeachment Paper™, born circa November 1998, has been accepted for publication in a reasonably prestigious peer-reviewed political science journal, pending some revisions for length. This makes me very happy, although thinking about all the extra work this creates for me is making me very sleepy.

That’s awesome; congrats (except for the extra work part)!!!

I’m not sure what the agenda is for tonight. You have one? I know I’m supposed to meet up with this lady I work with and her husband, so I probably won’t subject you to that, but I don’t know…

I really believe that if you put real work into a paper, you can find a journal home for it. But persistence is key—persistence dating back to the 20th century is particularly impressive.

Congrats!
