I spent all of five minutes on an elliptical trainer yesterday and my calves still hurt today. Not fun. I guess I’ll stick with the bike and treadmill.

That’s about 3 more than I can go before I start to hurt. I have no problem doing upwards of an hour on the treadmill, but that damn elliptical kills me. I swear whoever invented it is the devil reincarnated. Somehow Annie can do an hour on it w/o complaining a bit.
I’m still in pain today too. Maybe it only works right on women or something…
This excuse may not work for you, but I’ve convinced myself I’m too tall for it. My lower back seems to hurt more than my legs. The elliptical burns so many more calories than the treadmill, it’s not even funny, but I’m not going to kill myself to lose weight. As Tres would say, too much effort.
