Yeah, this is pretty much right, although the high ranking of Philly was a bit of a surprise, since Scott and I thought it was kind of a cesspool when we visited for APSA in 2003:

Let’s see, I have vowed to never step foot in two of these cities and agree with Chris that Philly sucks. I do LOVE visiting Chicago, however, and have never been to Miami, but have alwasys wanted to visit.
American Cities That Best Fit You:
60% New York City
55% Chicago
55% Philadelphia
50% Los Angeles
50% Miami
I live near Portland, Oregon right now. Here’s what it gave me:
60% Honolulu
55% Chicago
55% Philadelphia
55% San Francisco
55% Seattle
Interesting. The difference between
75% Austin
70% Atlanta
70% Denver
70% Las Vegas
65% Honolulu
and
70% Austin
70% Seattle
65% Atlanta
65% Denver
65% Las Vegas
is clean air (in the first case) or not (in the second).
And only Austin and Atlanta could be even remotely considered the South, which was my preference.
Seattle – that paragon of liberal virtue – has dirty air?
My godfather used to live in (well, near) Miami, and it seemed like an interesting place to live. Plus you can’t beat the weather (except maybe in San Diego or Honolulu).
