Hoddy, Toddy, Blah, Blah

I guess congratulations are in order for my co-blogger, and host, Chris. He’s an Ole Miss alum and his team just whipped mine in the Egg Bowl. Even if State wins every Egg Bowl until I die there’s no way we’ll get a winning record against the evil ones.

On the bright side, Nebraska just finished its first losing season in 43 years.

Wow, that’s so touching I almost don’t feel like shouting “F*ck State.”

Almost. ☺

On the other hand, I can’t say I’m all that broken up about Nebraska’s record, or that the world’s most irritating homer (shockingly even more annoying than the legions of former Golden Domers), Trev Alberts, is probably out on a ledge somewhere.

Well, isn’t that sweet!! And I thought you might be feeling triumphal, or something.

Cutcliffe has at least given his career new life. He beat his in-state rival, which always goes down well with alumni.
