Did Jeff Samardzija pitch any?
I think he’s the pitcher in the two vertical photos and possibly others. Someone made a big deal out of him in my group, so I snapped a few photos of him.

Yep, that’s him wearing #28.
I’m surprised you don’t remember him—Really tall, really long haired, really good Notre Dame receiver that the Cubs gave a $10 million signing bonus to if he’d skip the NFL draft. He is teh suck so far in minor league baseball, though.
