&lt;p&gt;While I don&amp;rsquo;t think Wideman&amp;rsquo;s experience was typical of that of most visiting fans, I think his account of being roughed up by an Oxford police officer ought to be properly investigated; that&amp;rsquo;s simply unacceptable conduct.&lt;/p&gt;</content>
